WHAT WE DO
Community Association Law Group represents Homeowner Associations (HOA) and Condominium Associations (COA) throughout Central Florida. We limit our practice to representing the “Association”, versus any individual homeowner. Whether your community is self-managed or employs a professional property management company, we pride ourselves in our commitment to prompt, personal service. Generally, we are able to return all telephone calls the same day and are available to respond quickly to our clients’ needs. Our lawyers are versed in all areas affecting community associations, including the recovery of assessments through collections and foreclosures; enforcement of association rules and governing documents; construction defect litigation; mediation, arbitration and litigation; interpretation and amendment of governing documents; and many others.
WHY CHOOSE US?
We fully understand the budget constraints faced by most Associations today and realize that legal fees must be reasonable and transparent. That is why we offer flat rate fees on most of the services generally needed by associations. Our goal is to provide affordable legal advice in an efficient manner that your Board can understand and rely on when making a decision. For more information about our flat rates fees and other services, email us below, or call us at 407-628-8145.
In addition to being affordable, many property management companies and associations choose CALG because we keep you informed. We developed our software from scratch and designed it to allow property managers and board members 24 hour, 7 day access to the matters we are handling for your association (check it out -click DEMO on menu bar). Your account shows the current progress of the matters, including a detailed activity log, copies of the documents created by the attorney, the HOA or COA ledger, an accounting spread sheet, an itemization of the lawyers’ fees, and much more. The software also allows the delinquent owner access to a separate portal, so there is never a question about the amount owed. Our clients can access the information from our website anytime via computer or tablet. Virtually everything we do for your association is transparent and can be seen at anytime. No secrets, no surprises and no more waiting on a return call from your attorney for an update.
For a free in-person demonstration of our software, or more information about our lawyers or our COA and HOA services, call us at 407-628-8145, or email us below.
Community Association Law Group looks forward to representing your Association.
